Hope for Change Women’s Network (HCWN) is a newly established, community-based, non-profit organization committed to protecting and empowering refugee and displaced women and girls who face gender-based violence, exclusion, and instability. While still in the process of completing its full legal registration, HCWN actively operates on the ground, delivering critical support services to vulnerable women through partnerships and grassroots efforts.

HCWN’s mission centers on promoting the rights, safety, and leadership of women in displacement contexts through psychosocial support, protection services, education, economic empowerment, and advocacy. The organization works in close collaboration with Community and Family Services International (CFSI) and agencies under the United Nations system, strengthening its capacity to reach and serve refugee communities effectively.

Led by a dedicated Executive Committee and supported by an emerging Advisory Board, HCWN conducts capacity-building workshops, mentorship, and community engagement activities. Through its expanding network and strong commitment to gender justice, HCWN is building a trusted platform for refugee women to heal, lead, and reclaim their rights in displaced settings—while working toward full legal recognition and long-term sustainability.
