WHAT WE ARE

We are a developing initiative, ideated by an independent project designer, aimed at creating opportunities for international training and exchange programmes in collaboration with local organisations and grassroots initiatives.

VISION

A world in which borders do not generate exclusion, but interconnection and opportunity.

MISSION

To create concrete opportunities for mobility, exchange, and international cooperation in contexts of closure, and to transform borders from spaces of danger and conflict into places of peace and interconnection.

AREAS OF INTERVENTION

1. International training and multicultural exchanges

We design and delivers training programmes, exchange initiatives, and transnational capacity-building pathways, with a particular focus on contexts where access to mobility and international exchange is limited.

2. Intercommunity development and local initiatives

We support community-based initiatives, social entrepreneurship pathways, and sustainable projects—especially in border areas—by strengthening local autonomy, intercommunity connections, and bottom-up cooperation.

3. Pragmatic advocacy

We develop advocacy grounded in real experiences, data, and stories generated through projects, contributing to public debate and policy change on borders, mobility, and rights.

HOW WE OPERATE

– We build international networks to work jointly at every stage of the project cycle;

– We collaborate with CBOs and local groups to ensure direct and continuous community involvement;

– We promote practical, replicable learning through cascade methodologies and a train-the-trainer approach;

– We encourage shared responsibility and recognise commitment through tangible forms of acknowledgement;

– We ensure flexibility and adaptability according to local contexts and available resources.

WHERE WE OPERATE

In border areas and places of high cultural diversity, with a focus on contexts where exchange between communities faces barriers.
