Action Pour le Développement des Jeunes au Congo (ADJC) is a non-profit organization based in the Democratic Republic of Congo, working to empower vulnerable youth and communities. Founded in 2021, ADJC implements programs that address education, gender equality, youth leadership, health, and environmental sustainability. Our flagship initiatives include:

  • SAFIPAD Project – Produces and distributes washable, reusable sanitary pads to adolescent girls, reducing school absenteeism and promoting menstrual health.

  • JIKOBORA Initiative – Promotes clean cooking solutions to improve health and reduce environmental impact.

  • Tree Planting & Environmental Programs – Supports cooperatives in managing tree growth, planting saplings, and raising awareness on climate action and sustainability.

  • Youth Leadership & Advocacy – Organizes conferences and trainings to develop civic engagement, leadership skills, and community advocacy among young people.

Through these initiatives, ADJC has reached thousands of beneficiaries, providing practical solutions to social, environmental, and educational challenges. By joining the Grassroots Justice Network, we seek to exchange knowledge, access resources, and collaborate with global practitioners to strengthen our impact and promote justice and empowerment in local communities.
