SWAG focuses on the Southeastern Watershed region of Belize. Our goal is potable water safety and conservation . We are a community driven watchdog group that includes four NGOs ,  Steadfast Tourism and Conservation Association, Stann Creek Fisherman’s Association, Dangriga Youth Council, and REPs from the Dangriga Garifuna Council, and the Los Angeles Garifuna Council.

Our founding members includes  experts who developed the protocols for Rapid watershed assessments, and for water quality monitoring and testing in Belize.
