The Ntaamba Hiinta Development Trust (hereinafter referred to as the Trust) is a non-profit making association created at the service of the people living in the 8 villages of Ntaamba and the Hiinta homesteads located in Chief Haamusonde and Ufwenuka respectively. This trust is bound by the peoples’ culture and traditions from which modern technology and education will stir integral Human development of the area. It is an organisation that is set to transform the livelihoods of the people living in the target villages and beyond. Ntaamba and Chiyobola are areas found in Southern Province, Monze District. Specifically, the Ntaamba Hiinta households include; the people living in the homesteads of Kabomba Village – 32 households, Kapwayamabwe Village – 18 households, Haapooma Village – 34 households, Mwiinga Village – 24 households, Chooka Village – 10 households, Chikumbwe Village – 32 households, Moonga Village – 18 households, Handaukila Village – 17 households and Chiyanda Village – 11 households. The number of households may change from time to time as the population grows in these areas. At the same time, the Trust may from time to time be involved in transforming people’s lives beyond its boundary, but this will be limited to villages within Zambia.
