The Marginalized Inclusion Network (MIN) is a Somali national non-profit organization dedicated to promoting equality, justice, and inclusion for marginalized, indigenous, and minority communities. Established in 2016, MIN emerged in response to persistent discrimination, land dispossession, and exclusion faced by minority ethnic and religious groups across Somalia.

MIN’s mission is to safeguard human dignity and strengthen access to justice for those historically excluded from governance and development processes. The organization works to empower communities to claim their rights, protect their ancestral lands, and participate meaningfully in decisions that affect their lives.

MIN’s core program areas include legal empowerment, human rights protection, gender equality, indigenous and land rights advocacy, and community-based access to justice. The organization also facilitates dialogues on social cohesion and supports survivors of discrimination and violence through legal aid and referral services.

Through partnerships with government institutions, civil society networks, and international agencies, MIN advocates for inclusive policies that address systemic inequality and promote accountability. Its work is guided by principles of human rights, participatory governance, and local ownership.

Ultimately, MIN envisions a just and inclusive Somali society where all people—regardless of ethnic, religious, or social background—can live with dignity, security, and equal opportunity.
