The head office of the organization shall be located in Kabale municipality, central division with a postal address designated by the management of the organization

MISSION STATEMENT
Promote and enforce human rights to engage in relationships that embody the principles of dignity and respect and to create a culture of human rights awareness, capacity enhancement and strategic partnerships. We accomplish our mission by exposing challenging and entrenching widespread structures and systems of discrimination through education, policy development, public inquiries and litigation.
