The Human Capital Institute-Sierra Leone (HCI-SL) was founded on 25th April, 2016 by Alhassan Augustine Christian Turay, an experienced human capital development and business support consultant. HCI-SL was formally registered in Sierra Leone as a comprehensive social business development support service provider.
Since its inception, HCI-SL has expanded its operations beyond Sierra Leone, building a remote presence across the Mano River Union basin and into West Africa, while serving clients in Africa, the UK, USA, Australia, and Asia.
