Gweru Residents Forum (GRF) is a registered trust and non-partisan community-based social movement based in Gweru, Zimbabwe. The thrust of the organisation is championing productive engagement between the service providers and communities in order to improve the quality of life of the heterogeneous citizenry. The organisation’s vision is an Empowered Citizenry and responsive local and national authorities in a productive stakeholder’s engagement for improved service delivery in the district of Gweru in Zimbabwe. To promote community participation in local governance matters, building an empowered citizenry towards efficient service delivery for the improvement of quality life of Gweru residents. The organisation is run by Board members, which is headed by a chairperson which spells out the policy direction of the organisation. In addition, there is a Secretariat headed by the Director which implements the various policies of the organisation
