CENSODEV is a registered community-focused social development organisation, dedicated to creating and strengthening grassroots networks, alliances, self-help associations for building community resilience. It’s goal is to mobilising marginalised communities and their populations for initiating and taking ownership of development actions. It uses team approach in providing genuinely accessible professional social development support services to Grassroots Organisation (GO), especially the under privileged and vulnerable groups: such as Tribal minorities, Women, Children, Youth and the Disabled in deprived communities, covering Northern Ghana and Southern Burkina Faso.

Head office is located in Navrongo, the Capital of Kassena Nankana Municipality in Upper East Region of Northern Ghana, working through the above teams in selected Districts in Upper East, West Regions and selected communities in Southern Nahouri Province of Burkina Faso.

CENSODEV has a nine (9) member advisory Board (6 females, 3 males) as well as 23 staff members, 5 Full time and 18 temporal/voluntary.
