ADEACH is a non-profit organization established in 2021 to operate in Tanzania main land, it was registered under the laws governing the establishment of Non-government Organization in February 16, 2022 with the main aim of increasing incomes and improving livelihoods through interventions in Sustainable and agro ecology Agriculture, Community Health, Livestock Production and Animal Nutrition. Education ,Safe water and Waste management, Empowerment of Communities and Gender. In order to do this, we work on bringing about a paradigm shift among the rural and urban communities in conceiving of their livelihoods as going beyond providing for the family’s subsistence needs and moving into a business-minded frame of mind that harnesses competitive advantage.

The supreme organ of the organization is the General Meeting composed of nine ordinary members. The Management and Control of the affairs of ADEACH is entrusted to the Board of Directors which is responsible to the General Meeting. As a link between the Management Team and the Board of Directors, the Executive Director serves as the secretary to the Board. The management team of the organization on the other hand guides the execution of the day-to-day implementation of the programs and organizational processes. The management team is composed of heads of departments. Other key members of staff may be co-opted. The current departments of the organization include Sustainable Food and Nutrition development, Entrepreneurship and Market Development, Community Empowerment, Livelihood, Environment and Climate change management, Finance, Administration and Organizational Development.
