Report of the Survey on Paralegals in Rwanda

This 2009 report intends to support the work of community paralegals in Rwanda by providing relevant information on the situation of paralegals in Rwanda and the practicalities of their work to the organizations that work with paralegals as well as the broader justice community.  This survey demonstrates the benefits and achievements of paralegals and makes policy recommendations to improve the paralegalism sector in Rwanda.
