New Zealand Legal Services Act 2011

Enacted by the Parliament of New Zealand, this Act was established to promote access to justice by through the establishment of a legal aid system that—

(a) provides legal services to people of insufficient means; and

(b) delivers those services in the most effective and efficient manner.
