Justice for Children Annual Report 2014

Justice for Children’s (JCT’s) niche in child protection in Zimbabwe is the provision of free expert legal aid services to children in difficult circumstances. In 2014, JCT provided legal services to 8, 479 children in difficult circumstances and reached out to over 60, 000 children and adults in legal education activities. The organization further engaged in advocacy activities at local, national and international level. This report provides more details on the progress made in pursuing the set objectives, the challenges encountered as well as the recommendations to address these challenges. The report also provides some case studies from the organization’s work.
