We are an organization aimed at bringing young female politicians together from diverse backgrounds and Culture by empowering them to foster leadership development, advocacy, and community engagement.

We provide the young female Politicians with training, mentorship, and capacity-building programs to equip them with the skills and confidence to take on leadership roles.We also engage in advocacy and activism, promoting policies and initiatives that advance women’s rights, social justice, and equality.YOFEP also considers building connections with local communities and promoting grassroots engagement to understand the actual challenges faced by different women in the Community so that we help to amplify their voices.We further provide space for the young female Politcians to network and Collaborate with other Women who are passionate about creating meaningful Change in their Communities.
