The Outreach Social Care Foundation is Black-led, Black-serving, and Black-focused grassroots non-profit organization that has the responsibility to lead by example in advancing human rights and support the human rights defenders at risk in Canada. The Outreach Social Care Foundation has been advocating for the principles of social justice, promoting gender equality, environment, climate change, food security, education, rights of 2SLGBTIQ+.

The organization is committed to advancing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals, taking action to address today’s most pressing challenges. We believe that the sharing of responsibilities requires a whole Global effort to build stronger, safer, and more inclusive communities that leave no one behind. By fostering partnerships and collaboration on the range of issues, including equity, poverty reduction, gender equality, climate change, agri-foods, food securities and sustainable future for all.

Half-way toward the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs), and in the wake of the climate emergency, the message is to improve, foster, recognize and engage stakeholders as sustainable partners and appreciates the perspectives they bring to the table, valuable advocacy, research and experience, as well as the functions they perform and their vital role in helping foster short and long-term relationships and partnerships with different stakeholders that support the vulnerable and disadvantaged populations in last developing countries and share resources with developed countries, more investments are needed to support partners in Global South. The message is to reflect on the importance of these communities in making a difference on social progress via gender equity in the context of health, environment and education to deliver the Sustainable Development Agenda. Partnership is vital as it creates a culture of accountability and sustainability.
