The organization provides free legal and rehabilitation services to indigent inmates and other poor persons with human rights concerns, advocates for the promotion of human rights, enhances the public’s awareness of their basic rights, promotes empowerment, education and welfare of youths, women and children in rural communities through sustainable youth and rural development initiatives.
