“Pradeepan” is working with dalit, children, women, & tribal rights in Betul (MP), India. The organization is registered under MP Society registration Act. and other registration 12A, 80G, & FCRA under govt. of India. Pradeepan is a NGO.

The mandate of the organization is to work with most marginalized and vulnerable women and children by enabling more information about the organization

Situational Analysis: tribal dominance the issues related to tribal women, Citizenship rights of tribal community, suffering women a lot, Violence against girls and women, trafficking of girls and women, stress migration (for survival). Lack of women leadership, Single women are in traumatic situation. Lack of women ownership on the resources. Institutional violence over women- In  forest and landlords. Lack of tribal women institutional bonding, Betul Dist. of MP is economically, socially, educationally backward tribal area.

There should be equality and no discrimination in society is the vision of Pradeepan. In the same way, women at all level talk about equal opportunities in the objective of the institution. Prevention socio-cultural disintegration in the society, developing creativity in the mass community, development possibilities, possessing talent, working on women’s children’s health, hygiene, nutrition, public education, environmental protection is included. The organization has ensured the participation of women and men of all classes in the board of the organization, to be connected with community for which the organization works for the implementation of programs of empowerment of tribal and dalit women. Projects & financial management work are headed by women.

At the program level, eight women and eight male workers are working on equal  work & pay, working for women’s rights and girls for the last ten years. Financial management work is done by female Accountant.

The board of the organization has five women and two men.
