Poor Man’s Friend Justice Centre (PMFJC) is an organization that enhances justice by providing free community and criminal legal aid services to poor, marginalized and vulnerable people living in deprived communities in Freetown. The organization was founded in February 2017 by its Executive Director, Sonia Osho-Williams (Ms) in memory of her beloved father, the late Hon. Cecil Osho-Williams who was fondly known as the ‘Poor Man’s Friend / Lawyer’ and one of the pioneers of pro-bono legal aid services in Sierra Leone.

Barely two years since PMFJC was established, the Centre has provided documented support to over 3,100 people.
