The very main purpose of this organization is to emphasize the importance of OFW and their role in our Government and Community. Assisting Fellow OFW when they retire and whenever they need assistance.

1.1. To help the continuity of OFW skills whenever they are already retired and to still continue to be a productive individual of our community;

1.2. To involve OFW families in this purpose and how this organization can work hand in hand with each other;

1.3. To be able to unite and help fellow OFW both retired and active and their families in the future;

1.4. To be able to assist distressed OFW, retired OFW and their families.

Section 2. Goals: Defining ourselves amongst others as result oriented, objective driven towards our family and community.

2.1. To see in the future a united and self-sustaining OFW organization that could contribute more in our community.

2.2. To unite all OFW and retired OFW and their families in a community of peace, understanding, self-sustaining individual and to assist those who are in need.

2.3. To seek other avenues beneficial for the development and enrichment, thru education and other means necessary to uplift member’s morale, personality and stability.
