The organization’s advocacy is aimed at promoting the awareness of the violations of the rights of Domestic Workers in Sierra Leone mainstreaming program from three fronts- Domestic Helpers Right Advocacy, Empowerment of Domestic Helpers Campaign and shall work as an established Network with partners across Sierra Leone to eliminate the unprecedented rate of right violations of domestic workers. DHO increase and improve access to seek redress when their rights are violated at all levels. DHO shall also work with service provider, duty bearers and line ministries for policy development and its context of interpretation at grassroots.
