India has a second attack of Double mutant Corona virus variant which is called as B.1.617 by WHO.  The last year long lock down was damaging the country economically, politically, socially and demographically.  The second attack was unexpected and it was turned as a community transmission of Corona virus due to the following reasons.

In India, the vaccination coverage (double doses) was only 3% and in Tamil Nadu, it was 4.7%. In U.S.A., it was 38.29%, U.K. 31.3% and in Brazil, it was 8.4% coverage.
