Resources Oriented Development Initiatives(RODI) is a civil society organisation registered in Kenya- registration number -218/051/97147/99. RODI has a mission of Promoting human dignity among communities in Kenya and other Eastern Africa Countries. RODI has special focus on projects in access to Justice and human rights, democracy, Governance and rule of law, anti-corruption initiatives, crime prevention and restorative prisoner rehabilitation, climate and environmental justice, health rights and sanitation, food security and economic empowerment.
Over the years of operation, RODI has built its technical capacity both in project and financial management as well as in organisational governance. RODIs work in access to Justice and human rights, rule of law and democracy as well as advocacy is well supported by a team of qualified and dedicated project staff. RODIs integrity in operation and financial management has remained on high standard based on the feedback we get from our auditors, partners and beneficiaries. RODI engages a participatory approach in project design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation maintaining a high level of participation and openness.
RODI Kenya offices are at the Ruiru Catholic Church Parish hall 2nd floor; RODI training/resource Centre is located at Varsity Ville estate-500 meters off Thika Superhighway (roundabout) on the Eastern Bypass towards JKIA, behind Delta Petrol station.
