🌍 Mission, Vision, and Objectives of NLT (Integrated with Protection, Climate, and Emergency Response)
🔹 Mission
To transform the lives of vulnerable youth, children, women, and displaced populations by delivering evidence-based, community-led solutions that address interconnected challenges in protection, climate resilience, disaster preparedness, gender equality, education, health, and livelihoods. We work to prevent harm, uphold dignity, and build the capacity of communities to anticipate, withstand, and recover from crises—whether driven by conflict, exploitation, or climate-induced disasters.
🔹 Vision
A just, resilient society where every child, youth, woman, and marginalized person—regardless of displacement status or vulnerability—can live free from exploitation and climate-related harm, access opportunity, and shape their own future with dignity, safety, and agency.
🔹 Strategic Objectives
- Prevent and respond to sexual exploitation, abuse, and gender-based violence in humanitarian and climate-affected settings.
- Strengthen community-based protection systems and complaint mechanisms that are inclusive, trusted, and survivor-centered.
- Build local capacity for climate adaptation, disaster risk reduction, and emergency preparedness, especially in displacement-prone areas.
- Promote gender equality and the leadership of women and youth in resilience-building and peacebuilding efforts.
- Integrate protection and climate resilience into education, health, and livelihoods programming to ensure holistic, sustainable impact.
- Foster inclusive governance and accountability through community engagement, data transparency, and cross-sectoral coordination.
