The Network for Youth and Adult Education Advocacy (RAJANO) is a non-profit Association founded in 2012, with scope of action in the Provinces of Cabo Delgado, Niassa and Nampula, in Mozambique. The headquarters are currently based in the city of Pemba, on Avenue 25th of September, at the School of Ethics, Citizenship and Development.
The Objective of the Network for Youth and Adult Education Advocacy is to Promote Sustainable Community Development, through:
1.Promotion of access to Environmental Education;
For the Advocacy Network for Youth and Adult Education Advocacy, access to Education is not only a human right, but fundamentally a key human right that opens the door to access all other rights of girls, youth and adults and alse for a real social cohesion.
Currently, our association is implementing an initiative that promotes Retention of girls in schools, in 3 communities of Mieze, Nanlia and Muepani, in Metuge district, Cabo Delgado Province, funded by the Spanish ONGD GernikatiK Mundura.
Our organization is member of the International Council for Adult Education – ICAE http://icae.global/
since 2010 and we have been attending several international conferences on Education, Lifelong Learning and Environment.
