The word “Indiba” is Kinyarwanda for the foundation or base of a vessel. This is an apt description of the type of support Indiba-Africa Group provides our clients. Our logo was designed for us using West African Adinkra symbols, synonymous Indiba-Africa Group’s humanist philosophy.

The Indiba-Africa Group was founded in 2005. Its establishment was motivated by a dearth of African private consultancies, which were able to professionally service clients in the public, private and nonprofit sector, while employing a human rights approach to their work. Since 2005, the Indiba-Africa Group has become one of Africa’s leading private Human Rights, Rule of Law, Strategy and Organisation Development specialists. Our clients, based in the private, public and civil society sectors, are leading African and international entities and include large multinational corporations, governments as well as grassroots, national, regional and international not-for-profit civil society organisations.
