We are a non-profit association of Congolese law established in Goma in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, on 30 June 2010 and operating in accordance with the Act No. 004/2001 of 20 July 2001 laying down general provisions applicable to non-profit associations and institutions of public utility in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The organization works for that every human being has access to all of the rights recognized to any human being, for the promotion of democracy and the social and economic development of poor and disadvantaged populations of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Has all the rights we attach the same value. We attach a particular eye to economic, social and cultural rights whose respect seems the expression even of the social and economic well-being.

In effect, in the eyes of the popular mass the Congolese access to public services such as water, health, electricity, the public safety or to employment or to a social security guarantee is not perceived as a right. Has the Force to live in a country where everything appears as a favor that the State grants, populations as well urban, rural, and illiterate, concerned each day to fight nothing that for the survival and to cope with the violations of the most serious such killings, burglaries, massacres, forced displacement, sexual violence, abductions, have forgotten and have not had the opportunity to learn that the economic, social and cultural rights must be promoted and respect in the same way as the right to life or physical integrity. The culture of Claim of Rights, of the best conditions of life has disappeared among the Congolese over the years of dictatorial oppression followed by an armed conflict Old of more than twenty years to this day.
