Every year, thousands of people across the Ateker region face legal challenges without the basic knowledge to navigate these complex issues. We are building a movement of legally empowered community members, equipped with the tools to transform their lives and strengthen their communities.

Article 43 International is an independent organization born from the pursuit of justice, equality, and human rights. We work to uphold the rights and dignity of underserved communities across the Ateker region and beyond—spanning Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan, and Ethiopia.

Rooted in the realities of pastoralist and borderland populations, we empower individuals and amplify grassroots voices to challenge injustice and drive lasting social transformation. Our commitment to universal human rights is unwavering, grounded in the belief that access to justice is the foundation of a fair, inclusive, and equitable society.
