To create an ecosystem built to support human trafficking survivors thriving in technology, including: (1) a software development shop offering contract-based web development, app development, quality assurance testing, and data management services, which pays direct income to survivors for tech work and generates a modest commission for the organization to support and grow additional classes of survivors, (2) a community of technical professionals dedicated to helping survivors build technical solutions to problems survivors identify with, and (3) teaching operations with high-touch, individualized tech skills instruction that prioritizes employing students as instructors in the future. With this strategic infrastructure, we believe we can begin to dismantle the global human trafficking infrastructure (driven in large part by poverty and discrimination) with the economic power we deliver to survivors.
