Our mission it to create a continuum of sustainable solutions, that enable and inspire communities to address threats and vulnerabilities related to human security; to expand capabilities, build community and engage in research that supports innovation and informed solutions.

Jengo Africa focuses on developing products and programs that address human security and development issues.
1. We develop technology based products and services to address human security threats and empower communities through innovative and durable solutions that foster a culture of learning within and across communities
2. We implement activities that enable communities to deal with threats and vulnerabilities to human life giving them a better chance to lead secure lives, ameliorate their quality of life and reach their full potential
3. We engage in research, analysis and mapping of the complex and dynamic human security threats and vulnerabilities in Africa and how look at how to build systems that can allow communities to predict, respond and build resilience against them.
4. We support communities to mobilize for collective action and work together to create networks of strength, collective awareness and build strong community systems able to withstand security threats and vulnerabilities that go beyond national security.
