This report aims to map out the operational framework of paralegals in 2014 and describe the types of services they provide as well as the legal issues addressed through their involvement with communities over the period of 2014.
This report illustrates the major legal difficulties and problems that people face in their daily lives. It should also allow for better understanding and assessment of the impact of paralegal action with the population, and to identify potential areas for improvement in the paralegal industry in Mali.
