Xchange Perspectives EA is a non profit making organisation which is fully registered in Kenya. We pride ourselves with ability to enhance community capacity to tell their own story geared towards promoting informed dialogues and conversations on myriad issues that include community empowerment, conversation, conflict management, access to affordable health and governance among and between community members for a peaceful and prosperous future. All our engagements take a people centered community based approach that guarantees continuous exchange of ideas, knowledge and skills among all stakeholders. For sustainability, Xchange Perspectives EA, promotes linkages between our target clients and local business environment as a way of easing adaption and thus entrenchment of technologies in our target communities. Special support is provided to various interest groups that include women, young women, LGPT and physically disadvantaged groups.
